trade channels to ensure highest market coverage and to increase customer satisfaction.
Moreover, it continuously monitors sales achievement versus targets and develops action plans
in order to overcome any challenges and stay on top of their designated goals.
We continuously thrive to achieve the best brand positioning in the market for our flagship
brands, our marketing activities (BTL and ATL) are always set according to the brand guidelines
and market need to ensure sustainable market growth and retention. The team is accountable for
all annual business plans and budgets in collaboration with the Sales Department. GSK’s
Merchandising team works closely with our customers to ensure proper presentation for the
products and promotions in the stores that will enhance sales.
